📋1.Service Overview

This platform is designed exclusively for dine-in and restaurant pickup orders. We do not offer home delivery through this platform. If you wish to order for home delivery, please use third-party platforms such as Swiggy or Zomato, where your order will be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those respective platforms.

💳2.Ordering & Payment

• •All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• •Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the available digital payment methods (UPI / Razorpay).
• •Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

🍽️3.Dine-In Orders

• •Dine-in orders are prepared and served at your table based on the table number provided during ordering.
• •Please ensure you select the correct table number. Cravora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect table selection.

🥡4.Pickup Orders

• •Pickup orders must be collected from the Cravora counter within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
• •Orders not collected within 60 minutes may be cancelled without refund, at the discretion of the management.

🛵5.Third-Party Delivery

Home delivery services available through Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms are entirely separate from this platform. All orders, payments, refunds, cancellations, and privacy matters related to third-party deliveries are governed exclusively by the respective platform's terms and policies.

🥜6.Food Allergies & Dietary Information

• •While we take care to prepare food in a hygienic environment, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.
• •Please inform our staff or check the menu descriptions for ingredient details before ordering if you have any dietary restrictions.

🤝7.Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

⚖️8.Limitation of Liability

Cravora's maximum liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

📜9.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.
