Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is verified.

Delivery Timelines

South India (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): 3-5 business days

West India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa): 5-7 business days

North India (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana): 5-8 business days

East India & Northeast: 5-8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination zone at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (threshold varies by zone).

Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-attempt will be made. After 2 failed attempts, the package will be returned and a refund (minus shipping) will be processed.

Damaged in Transit

Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery with photos to support@bananachips.shop.
